This letter from William and Hui Cha Stanek shares the origins, purpose, and direction of the project.
The AGI O.N.E. initiative is part of William’s ongoing thought-leadership: an exploration, a prototype ecosystem, and a living blueprint for how intelligence platforms might evolve as AI advances toward AGI and beyond.
Even if AGI O.N.E. never becomes a full production system, the ideas, research, and frameworks behind it stand independently - and are meant to serve the broader community.
A Letter to Our Colleagues, Friends, and Fellow Builders

Today represents an important milestone - not the launch of a finalized product, but the public introduction of a long-running research effort we call AGI O.N.E. Over the years, our work has spanned technology, intelligence, leadership, human resilience, and the practical realities of complex systems. Through all of this, we’ve held onto a simple conviction:
Intelligence is one of humanity’s greatest shared resources - and it should benefit everyone.
Not just the privileged.
Not only large institutions.
Not the systems that may one day exceed our own capabilities.
Everyone deserves access to intelligence that supports their growth, their work, and their future. That principle is at the heart of everything we’ve spent years researching, writing, and building toward.
What AGI O.N.E. Represents
AGI O.N.E. (One Network for Everyone) is a conceptual platform and living project - a framework for understanding how intelligence might operate across individuals, teams, and organizations in an era where AI is accelerating toward AGI.
It is not a claim that AGI has been created, nor is it a fully deployed system. Instead, it is a research-driven exploration of what responsibly aligned, human-centered intelligence ecosystems could look like. Whether or not it ultimately becomes a commercial product, the underlying ideas are intended to stand on their own merit.
The Holistic Intelligence Foundation
At its core, AGI O.N.E. is built on the Holistic Intelligence Model, a framework William developed over decades of work in military intelligence, leadership science, enterprise systems, and human development. The model unifies eight domains:
- Emotional Resilience
- Creativity Intelligence
- Practical Intelligence
- Cultural Intelligence
- Intrapersonal Intelligence
- Interpersonal Intelligence
- Ethical Intelligence
- Analytical Intelligence
These pillars provide the conceptual architecture for AGI O.N.E. - shaping how the system might reason, support, and collaborate with humans across many contexts.
Why We’re Sharing This Now
AI is advancing at extraordinary speed, and the transition toward AGI - whether gradual or sudden - will reshape economies, communities, and individual lives. Most organizations and institutions are not prepared for this shift.
In the coming years, advanced intelligence will either become a foundation for shared prosperity - or another vector for displacement, inequity, and instability. The difference will come down to the values, frameworks, and intentions we embed into our systems today.
AGI O.N.E. is our contribution to that preparation.

What Comes Next
Over the next phase of development, we’ll continue iterating on three foundational layers:
- AGI O.N.E. Personal - patterns for a daily companion that supports clarity and growth.
- AGI O.N.E. Teams - frameworks for shared cognition and aligned collaboration.
- AGI O.N.E. Enterprise Edge - readiness, governance, and responsible integration.
Whether these remain research prototypes or evolve into fully realized tools is secondary. What matters most is building and sharing approaches to intelligence that elevate people - not diminish them.
